Thank you, Saw, for expanding this to essay form. What I would like to see is you ditch the questions in your intro and insert a thesis about what Malaysia should do.
Even though "zero waste" method is an ideal choice but to implement it in Malaysia, it would take a very long time. People need to be educated on the benefits of the this method before this scheme is implemented. Other than that, People tend to take the easy wat out by dumping trash anywhere possible.

most human always choose that easy way out unless when they think that it is necessary for them to go the long way round to get things done.
but i not saying that we should always go the long way this will be too tired for us.
only that sometime we have to set other priority first.
