Yup, I guess for the government's policy to be successful, the citizens do play an important role too.It is only with the cooperation of each and everyone that will help solve the environmental issues.

This itself is an another interesting topic. The capability of acquire a vehicle really do increase the emission of greenhouse gases. But, for me, the source of this problem is due to poor planning and managing of land transports. Sometimes we prefer public transport rather than buying our own vehicle, but seems like we don't have a choice. Look at the traffic jams around the country, so much fuel and time are wasted and contribute to the rise in greenhouse gases. Are these caused by the citizens? Do the citizens want this to happen? I don't think so.

By the way, do you think the government is doing anything about this problem?
